When Foxi contacted us with the need to develop a product to improve the daily lives of people with reduced mobility, Product Now felt the enormous responsibility to create a product that corresponded and exceeded the expectations.
In its development phase, it was realized that the main characteristic would be the ergonomics of the product itself and its use. We then created the Foxi Juice charger alongside with its stand, which with just one finger it is possible to remove it from its resting area for use and vice versa.
In addition to the creation of the design, the exterior case and the Foxi Juice stand itself were also produced by Product Now, with FDM technology for 3D printing in PLA (a polymer made up of lactic acid, being one of the most used materials in this technology).
Besides the Foxi Juice charger, we also developed the wireless Foxi Switch. This product is a switch button designed to be adequate for the reduced mobility people, being sensitive (an activation force of 60gr) and, at the same time, durable. ProductNow designed and developed this bluetooth switch, and then 3D printed the exterior case and the button itself, while being responsible for the assembly of its electronics.
