BetterJump is a company in the sports sector that manufactures and sell devices for the monitoring and feedback of professional trampoline athletes. With its sensors it records all the different components of the jump of the athletes, enabling the correction and improvement of such. The company asked ProductNow to 3D print the several cases for the components of the device.
When we received the models, they were not properly designed for production. That resulted in ProductNow providing some insights and proposals for the design, becoming optimized for 3D printing. We have now been printing some small production batches using a PLA filament. The company receives the printed kits and directly assembles them in its device, becoming ready to install.
